Dr. Muntaha is the dean of the Faculty of Nursing Jordan University of Science and Technology (JUST); Director of WHO Collaborating Center for Human Resource Development in Nursing/JUST- Jordan. Has the responsibility of the development of Human Resources in Nursing at both levels education and training; and participation in policy development, implementation and evaluation of human resource development at the national and regional. Dr. GHARAIBEH is also a member of the Higher Accreditation Commission of Academic Institutions-Jordan; Consultant/Jordanian Nursing Council; and Consultant/Arab Women Organization: Cairo-Egypt. Dr. Muntaha Establishment include  Princess Salma Faculty of Nursing at Al Al-Bayt University –Jordan and Currently involved in the establishment of a Regional Health Science University

Dr. GHARAIBEH interests’ are Monitoring and Evaluation of Health Programs and Strategic planning; Maternal and Child Health; Women’s Health Issues/RH-FP; Gender Issues and Family violence Issues in Higher Education: Standards Development for Accreditation; and Social and health policies: analysis and development.
