Deadline for Receiving Abstracts is
January 15, 2008
The Scientific committee is seeking
contributions relevant to the conference theme in the form of papers and
posters and symposia. If you are interested in presenting
a paper
at the
conference, please submit an abstract using the abstract submission
guidelines and form. These can also be found at the JNC Website
www.jnc.gov.jo . The form can be provided in Word or PDF format for
the purpose of printing and mailing.
Guidelines for Abstract Submission
1.
Abstracts should not exceed 300 words.
2. Abstracts should be typed using
single space and Time New Roman 12 font size.
3. Abstracts structure for research
and non-research papers should include: background, significance,
methods, results and conclusion.
4. Name(s) of author(s), their
affiliation, address, phone, fax numbers, and e-mail address should
appear on the abstract. The name of the presenter / contact person
should be underlined.
5. Topic area of the abstract should
be indicated.
6. Presenters will have 15 minutes
for oral presentation and one hour for the symposium.
7. Presenters will be notified
regarding the status of their abstracts by February 1st, 2008.
8. Presenters will be responsible for
requested amendments.
9. Abstracts will be compiled in the
abstract book as they are received.
10. Please send a short C.V. (auto
biograph) with your abstract.
11. One abstract should be submitted
by a convener for the symposium.
12.
Please provide the scientific committee with a soft copy of your
presentation.
