Abstract
The Jordanian Nursing Council Licensure Exam for Registered Midwives (JNCLEX-RM) 2025 was conducted nationally to assess candidates’ achievement of entry level professional practice and competencies required for safe, ethical, evidence‑based, and client‑centered practice across healthcare settings, as set by JNC policy.
A total of 786 candidates took JNCLEX-RM nationwide. Of these, 580 candidates (73.8%) met the Jordanian Nursing Council licensure competency standard, while 206 candidates (26.2%) did not. Performance varied across examination dates, study type, number of attempts, and professional domains, with challenges observed in High-risk Childbirth, General Adult care and professional practice competencies
